Do you keep my files after processing?
Absolutely not. We do not retain any of your files once processing is complete. Our system does not store uploads in a database or any persistent storage—your data exists only briefly in memory during processing and is then discarded immediately.
Is it safe to upload sensitive or corporate documents?
Yes, your files are handled with top-level security. All transfers use HTTPS/SSL encryption, and we apply end-to-end encryption to further protect your privacy. We fully comply with the EU’s GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), which is one of the strictest data protection standards globally. You can confidently use our service for personal or business files.
What are the system requirements?

How do I upload my files?

Why is the file conversion taking a long time?
Conversion speed depends on several factors: your internet connection, the size of your files, and how busy our servers are at that moment. While we do our best to ensure fast processing, these external factors may occasionally cause delays.
